Position: Salesforce and Data Strategy Analyst

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Position Overview:

Our client is looking for a Salesforce and Data Strategy Analyst who’d collaborate closely with the Director of Technology and Data Strategy to execute the data roadmap. This includes owning the account  sourcing, qualification and operational processes. What will you be doing? 

• Implement initiatives and processes to continuously monitor and improve data quality, integrity and governance across systems, focusing on Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Execute and enhance account enrichment, qualification and review processes, inclusive of
  collaborating with our internal sourcing team to optimize delivery results and increase the
  number of qualified top-of-funnel accounts
• Support the administration of Salesforce, including profiles and roles, flows, custom fields,
  validation rules and page layouts
• Evaluate new features and products, communicating value to the business and overseeing the implementation through production launch
• Create documentation for operational processes and customizations as required

Must Haves:

• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Extensive experience with collecting, organizing and analyzing large data sets
• An ability to learn complex tools and data structures with unwavering attention to detail
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Growth-mindset matched with an entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to succeed
• Determination to continually improve skills and are coachable and open to feedback
• A love of technology as a tool for solving company problems, as well as a knack for self-initiated research and process improvement
• A related post-secondary degree is preferred (i.e. computer science, data science, applied mathematics or statistics, etc.)
