Our client based in a busy, clinical environment is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Phlebotomist. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care while ensuring accurate specimen collection and handling.

What will you be doing?

• Perform venipuncture and blood collection with accuracy and care
• Conduct basic patient intake and verify patient information
• Manage administrative tasks including documentation and record-keeping
• Ensure proper specimen labeling, handling, and processing
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all clinical protocols and safety standards

Must Haves:

• Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Hospital experience in an acute care setting required
• GCP (Good Clinical Practice) certification completed
• Health 5 certification completed
• Phlebotomy/blood draw experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to balance patient care and administrative responsibilities.
