Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support a high-net-worth couple with both administrative and personal day-to-day needs. This role blends executive-level administrative support with hands-on personal assistance, ensuring seamless management of schedules, errands, travel, and household coordination. What will you be doing?

 Administrative & Executive Support

  • Manage complex calendars, appointments, and scheduling for both principals
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and ground transportation
  • Handle email correspondence, reminders, and follow-ups as needed
  • Prepare and maintain documents, lists, and records
  • Liaise with household staff, vendors, and external partners

Personal Support

  • Run errands including returns, pick-ups, drop-offs, and general household needs
  • Organize and oversee deliveries, gift purchases, reservations, and booking requests
  • Manage personal shopping, wardrobe pulls/returns, and similar tasks
  • Support household organization, event planning, and logistics

Operational & Household Coordination

  • Maintain household calendars and vendor schedules
  • Assist with expense tracking, receipts, and basic administrative reporting
  • Coordinate maintenance appointments and follow up with service providers

Must Haves

  • 3+ years in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar support role
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt quickly to changing needs
  • Comfortable handling both high-level administrative tasks and hands-on errands
  • Professional discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Tech-savvy; proficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, mobile apps, and digital calendars
  • Flexible availability, with willingness to support occasional after-hours needs
