Position: Office Administrator
Salary: $50,000-$55,000

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Scheduling meeting and appointments
- High volume data entry and invoice filing
- Maintaining a busy desk and ensuring all required notices are released
- Prepare documents and taking minutes during meetings
- Order and control inventory on office supplies
- Responding to email corresponding emails
- Consistently working to improve administrative processes
- Travel locally to complete tasks such as cheque drop-off, deliver documentation, etc.
Must-Haves:
- At least 3+ years relevant experience
- College and/or University Degree
- Strong MS Office experience (i.e. Word, Outlook and Excel)
- Fast typing speed
- Great communication skills (written and oral)
- Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Nice-To-Have(s):
- Experience in the construction industry is a considerable asset
