Position: Leasing Site Administrator
Tenure: Part-time, Contract (1 month)
Location: Kitchener/Waterloo
Position Overview:
Our client, a large property management organization is looking for a part-time Leasing Site
Administrator to join their team for a one month contract. This role is based out of two buildings that they have in Waterloo, ON and Hamilton, ON. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of experience aiding in leasing approvals in a residential building.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in responding to leasing inquiries from potential tenants
- Provide suite tours to potentiel tenants
- Ensure timely completion of all leasing documentation including tenancy agreements, renewal agreements, and other documents
- Answer all phone calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries
- Support tenants in the move in, move out, and suite turnover process
- Ensure deposits are paid and processed into database in a timely fashion
- Handle elevator bookings, arrivals, and key packages for new tenants
- Other administrative duties as required
Must Haves:
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a residential building
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or property management
- Knowledge of Residential Tenancies Act and Residential Lease Agreements an asset
- Excellent communication and client service focus
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite
- A clear criminal verification check is a requirement for employment
