An established and rapidly growing technology company is seeking a Helpdesk Technician to join its IT team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with 1–3 years of hands-on IT support experience who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless day-to-day technical operations across a hybrid workforce – supporting devices, systems, and users both onsite and remotely. What will you be doing?

• Respond to internal IT support tickets promptly and professionally
• Set up, configure, and maintain employee workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including user account setup and equipment handling
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across both Windows and macOS environments
• Assist with user administration in Microsoft 365, Intune, and other company systems
• Maintain IT inventory, software licenses, and documentation in the internal knowledge base
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure employees have the right tools and access
• Participate in ongoing IT projects and system rollouts

Must Haves:

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role
• Strong working knowledge of:
• Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting
• Windows and macOS operating systems
• Hardware setup and troubleshooting (laptops, docking stations, peripherals, etc.)
• Ticketing systems and helpdesk processes
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Nice-To Haves:

• Experience or familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, conditional access, and Intune
• Exposure to identity management, endpoint security, or device compliance tools
• Prior experience supporting hybrid or remote teams
• A passion for continuous learning and technical growth
