<li>Prepare monthly journal entries, exception reports, and implement changes</li>

<li>Address inquiries from Service Canada, CRA, WSIB, and other external agencies</li>

<p><strong>Must Haves:</strong></p>

<li>Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation</li>
<li>5+ years in experience in payroll and benefits administration for 500+ employees</li>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We are seeking experienced <strong data-start="436" data-end="478">Emergency Department Registered Nurses</strong> to support a well-established healthcare facility in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. This is a <strong data-start="578" data-end="601">contract assignment</strong> offering a unique opportunity to provide critical care services in a high-acuity setting while enjoying the beauty and culture of Northern Canada.</p>
<p><strong>What will you be doing?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li data-start="778" data-end="910">Provide emergency nursing care in a <strong data-start="814" data-end="846">15-room Emergency Department</strong>, including <strong data-start="858" data-end="876">2 trauma rooms</strong> and <strong data-start="881" data-end="910">3 rapid assessment chairs</strong></li>
<li data-start="913" data-end="980">Maintain a patient load of approximately <strong data-start="954" data-end="980">3–4 patients per nurse</strong></li>
<li data-start="983" data-end="1141">Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians available 24/7, as well as onsite and on-call radiology, lab, and respiratory therapy services</li>
<li data-start="1144" data-end="1216">Assess, triage, and stabilize patients in urgent and emergent situations</li>
<li data-start="1219" data-end="1293">Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to quality patient outcomes</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Must Haves:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li data-start="1317" data-end="1356"><strong data-start="1317" data-end="1356">Current RN license in good standing</strong></li>
<li data-start="1359" data-end="1506"><strong data-start="1359" data-end="1394">CANNN certification is required</strong> (those with a pending license may be considered for review but cannot be confirmed until licensing is complete)</li>
<li data-start="1509" data-end="1578">Minimum 1–2 years of recent Emergency Department experience preferred</li>
<li data-start="1581" data-end="1648">Excellent clinical judgment, adaptability, and communication skills</li>
<li data-start="1651" data-end="1701">Willingness to work in a remote Northern community</li>
