E-Commerce Lead

Career Description:

The Ecommerce Lead will own and drive all online digital commerce and performance marketing initiatives, developing and executing strategy across multiple channels to increase revenue, customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. This analytical, customer-focused role manages the ecommerce ecosystem end to end while partnering with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, customer experience, technology, and operations.

What will you be doing?

  • Define the vision, roadmap, and overall ecommerce strategy
  • Lead and optimize performance marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, SEO, CRM, UX/UI, merchandising, and conversion rate optimization
  • Build and manage the ecommerce roadmap from both a business and technology perspective
  • Collaborate with content, experience, service, and technology teams to deliver new site features and continuous improvements
  • Manage and partner with external agencies and technology vendors
  • Lead, mentor, and support a growing ecommerce or digital marketing team
  • Define, track, and prioritize KPIs to measure ecommerce performance
    Analyze performance data, report insights to stakeholders, and develop action plans to improve ROI
  • Act as a thought leader, sharing ecommerce best practices across the organization

Must Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of ecommerce or digital performance marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, martech, traffic acquisition, CRO, and analytics
  • Proven experience leveraging automation and data-driven strategies to drive growth
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to model performance and translate insights into action
