Our client is looking for a Controller to join its growing Accounting and Finance team. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate across departments and support their financial goals while ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial activities, preparing financial reports, and driving process improvements to maintain financial health.

What will you be doing?

• Preparing timely and accurate financial statements and reports
• Conducting financial and variance analysis to support decision-making
• Supervising the accounting team’s daily operations
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, GAAP, and tax regulations
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial projections
• Identifying process improvements within the finance department
• Collaborating cross-functionally with departments and external stakeholders
• Mentoring finance team members and staying updated on industry trends

Must-haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in accounting and finance roles
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Proficiency with financial software and systems, including QuickBooks and Excel
• CPA certification preferred

• Experience with ERP systems
