Career Description:

The Accounts Payable Coordinator handles purchase orders, invoicing and expense processing while ensuring timely, accurate transaction management. This role supports vendor relationships, financial reporting, audit compliance, and organizational policy adherence while maintaining data integrity.

What will you be doing?

  • Oversee purchase order, invoice and expense systems
  • Process vendor invoices, employee expenses, and corporate card statements
  • Verify expense reports for accuracy and policy compliance
  • Execute vendor and employee payments per established schedules
  • Import, reconcile, and maintain payable data in accounting systems
  • Maintain organized vendor and employee payable records
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and statements regularly
  • Address payable inquiries from staff and vendors
  • Review payable subledger and resolve discrepancies
  • Support accounts receivable operations as needed
  • Assist with audit and financial review preparation

Must Haves

  • 2+ years accounts payable or finance experience, or equivalent education combination
  • Required SAP Concur experience (Expense and/or Invoice modules)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with multi-priority management
  • High accuracy and detail orientation
  • Discretion handling confidential information
  • Strong communication skills
  • Adaptability to changing processes

Nice-to-Haves

  • Enterprise-level accounting system experience
  • SAP Concur software experience
