We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Specialist to support a leading clean energy client. This role blends strategy, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize revenue processes, improve CRM data integrity, and support growth through actionable insights.

What will you be doing?

• Develop and maintain dashboards for revenue metrics
• Ensure CRM accuracy and system integrity (Microsoft Dynamics)
• Improve and document revenue processes and automation
• Support forecasting and pipeline analysis across teams
• Contribute to executive and board-level reporting
• Align data and strategy across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance

Must Haves: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years in Revenue Ops or a similar role
• Strong KPI tracking and dashboarding (Power BI)
• Experience in D2C, SaaS, or B2B environments
• Cross-functional leadership and operational improvement experience
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset
