We’re hiring an Audit Manager with strong tax experience to lead audit engagements, manage tax compliance, and support team development. This in-office role requires public accounting experience and a CPA designation.

What will you be doing?

• Lead audits and reviews for for-profit and not-for-profit clients
• Prepare and review tax returns, GST/HST, payroll, T4s, and T5s
• Manage compilations and financial statement preparation
• Liaise with the CRA on client matters
• Mentor junior staff and support their development
• Utilize software like Caseware, TaxPrep, QuickBooks
• Maintain client relationships and ensure quality service
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and compliance

Must Haves:

• 7+ years in public accounting with audit and tax focus
• CPA designation (or in progress)
• Proficient in Caseware, TaxPrep, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office
• Strong knowledge of Canadian tax/accounting standards
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
