We are seeking a Senior Mobile Developer to join our client. This hybrid role in Waterloo, ON focuses on enhancing the mobile experience for users by developing key features for both iOS and Android platforms. You will take charge of important projects, working closely with Product Management and UX to design and implement new product features.

What will you be doing?

• Writing and reviewing code while adhering to best practices
• Managing feature delivery, considering architecture, timelines, and risks
• Leading initiatives to improve team efficiency and align activities with engineering goals
• Collaborating with stakeholders to align technical outcomes with business objectives
• Communicating across teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions

Must-haves

• Proven experience in developing React Native apps for both iOS and Android
• Expertise in bridging framework code with native code
• Skilled in writing unit and integration tests
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams to refine and launch products
• Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with cloud technologies, localization, computer vision, and firmware development
